@be3dreamer it's themselves, not themselfs,and I just LOVE people who act as those they are experts on eating disorders...no,we don't all suck on lemons to quench the hunger. Lemons are sour and don't quench your thirst. Jeez,you are ignorant. But it is a common practice to put it in your water or ON food,because it is a diuretic.
