  • As much as I love and truly respect Cessna for their achievements and solid design, in this instance I'm somewhat underwhelmed.

  • bring back the 152, the 152's that are still being used by flight schools are aging and frankly this thing is not a replacement. the skycatcher is a light sport aircraft and the light sport certificate is a waste of time. i fly the 152 and pay less than the skycatcher would cost and im getting a private. its cheaper to pay for the 152 and instructor than it would be to just pay for the skycatcher and add instructor.... not cheap

  • No offense but this is kinda ugly.

  • Bring back the yoke!

  • its just a prototype the one in production looks way better.

  • this plane doesn't even come close to the Flight Design CT series. IMO with FD, get alot more bang for your buck and don't have to refuel every 2 hours. Disagree that sport pilot is waste of time, if you plan just to fly for fun like I do. Plus now they are working to drop 3rd class medicals for planes under 6000 lbs. If that passes, the value of the older planes will go up and these new composites and light sports will come down.

  • I've flown one, and I have 1.4 hours in number 4 and 8 off the line, they fly amazingly!

  • Yeah Very Very Very Beaurifull

  • I would rather buy an OMF Symphony 160

  • that thing iiiiiiis UUUUGLY!

  • @airste172

LOL. Ok, fair enough. Remember, it's essentially a new 152 that is really designed for Flight Schools and trainees because you know as well as I do that the only people that don't push a 152 out of weight and balance are Teenage Studen Pilots and their early 20's instructors.

Also, I bet that Steam Gauges are only slightly less than these two Panels.
