This is the rom, which is the game itself. You need an emulator (the "system") to run it. Seach for ZSNES or SNES9x and download that as well.
Also, because I know someone will say this because they ALWAYS DO, YES I KNOW THE SEAHAWKS HOSTED THE GAME! TECMO PUTS IN THE ENDZONE FOR BOTH TEAM. So don't be that guy who says "Duuuh, but the Seahawks were at home and that's the Saints endzone!11!!!" I will mock you repeatedly.
Now...
The Seattle Seahawks came in as the first NFL playoff team with a losing record (7-9) but got to host the defending champion New Orleans Saints. With a 4 point lead, Marshawn Lynch broke 8 tackles on an absurd run (doing his best Christian Okoye impression) to give the Seahawks a two possession lead, ultimately sealing the major upset over the Saints.
Here is that play, if it would've occurred on Tecmo Super Bowl. Call is by the Seahawks radio crew, because as expected, Tom Hammond's NBC call was atrocious.
