This is part 5 of the entire PBS Documentary of Jonestown: The Life and Death of Peoples Temple. Featuring never-before-seen footage, this documentary delivers a startling new look at the Peoples Temple, headed by preacher Jim Jones who, in 1978, led more than 900 members to Guyana, where he orchestrated a mass suicide via tainted punch. • @Destinyisours I saw your comment on the Jim Jones video and seeing that you are a young female I'd like to invite you to join my new cult. :D Hope to see you at our next service. Please bring your own KY jelly. - Rev. Channelingus of the Immaculate Conception Church of Chris

  • You know, id like to see some sort of test like the trueman show where they set up a fake city or something, and see just how fucked up a man can become if EVERYONE does EVERYTHING the guy wants like they did with jim jones, like just to see just how fucking evil and awful a person can become left to their own devices.. but you know, i think in alot of ways Jim jones pretty much reached the top of scum

  • @nosorab3 According to IMDB and Amazon---- this was made in 2006. Debbie is 58 years old now (check her IMDB - her date of birth is Feb 7th, 1953).... So 5 years ago -- she was 53 years old at the time. She looks A LOT younger. She was just a teenager when she joined the People's Temple..and when Jim Jones had his way with her.

  • This guy was sick. He said that society was flawed, and indeed it is, yet he made one ever more so. He wasn't truely a leader if he had to trick people into following him and set ridiculous rules... How pathetic

  • @Sibs1990 Of course he raped deborah. she`s pretty good lookin`!

  • @dimpsey3 that doesn't even make sense.

  • @Giostahm its not religion that makes people do crazy things its some of the people in the religion are usen religion that makes them do crazy things
