what the state of california has are two classes of people the choosen and the not choosen. the choosen being the people who derive some or all of their income from tax payers and goverment loans, and the the peoiple who derive their income from their own work and ingenuity, and marketing to people who need their goods and services. The Goverment does is create dependancy and mediocracy. Individuals are responsible for their actions, the Goverment never takes the blame for their mistakes.
