Under the Barber's Razor Ep. 2 (Tahta Moos El-Hallaq)

IREX teamed up with the Baghdad Animation Group, to create a series of political cartoons encouraging voter participation, independent voting, and other election related issues. Using the well-known characters, Hajj Radhi and his assistant Abousi, from a famous Iraqi TV series Tahta Moos El-Hallaq (Under the Barber's Razor), the Baghdad Animation Group revived the series to emphasize the importance of voter participation in the provincial elections. The cartoons began airing on al-Sumariya and al-Hurriya television in late October 2008 and were repeated regularly throughout the week for the next 11 weeks.
