Xtremecoasters proudly presents Stormrunner from our 2004 season. Stormrunner was Intamin AG's 3rd rocket coaster. It came after Xcelerator at Knotts Berry Farm in California and Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point Ohio. While Stormrunner may not have the height or speed of its older brothers, it added something else into the mix. It opened in 2004 as the first rocket coaster in the world with inversions. It was also the first coaster to use Intamins new OSR prototype restraint system (Xcelerator and Dragster both used Lapbars). @xtremecoasters It's funny I just found this video again, saw I posted a comment three years ago. Never three years ago would have I thought I would be operating this ride now.

Nice job. I myself preffer to do off ride shots of roller coasters as I think they they offer a better view of what the ride is like.

FUN. I wish it was longer. It was a great ride though.
I PROMISE YOU. PUT YOUR HEAD AGAINST THE SEAT BEFORE TAKE OFF AND TIGHTEN YOUR PONYTAIL OR TAKE IT OUT. IT REALLY HURT MY HEAD AND I LOST MY RUBBERBAND. LOL.

Pleased you enjoyed it. The song is by 'Hoobastank' and its called 'Out Of Control'. We will have more videos from the archives of our website getting posted up onto youtube soon, but there is a time exclusive for them on our website (address at the start of our vids) so head over to the video section on there to download the newer vids. We had a fantastic 2007 season with 13 new vids posted up on our website and over 2500 pics in our gallerys.
