Well...this was interesting. Ryan had been jumping lovely in the warm up (over showjumps might I add, not rustics, not that it makes much of a difference I don't think)
Anyhoo, he decides to ditch me at the first fence!! And under new competition rules that was me eliminated...had to leave the ring unmounted. :(
I was so dissapointed, but luckily unhurt.

i hate the new rules its so stupid that u cant even get back on!! coz its just teaching the horse really bad habits..

@anaslisa no then you get back on outside the arena and jump the practise jumps... the only reason they dont let you back on is if you seriously injuried yourself

You are very lucky that was a jump of poles and not a solid Cross country fence!

Needed more leg and sit up when going into the fence. Nice horse and very nice tweed jacket you have there. Hope you were ok!

haooened to me in the 3ft 6 open... expiriences, experiences, i guess, but its still really annoying! i went next year round and came 3rd though, so i guess we learn from our mistakes! poor you thoguh :(
