Green Chutney

Green chutney, a best accompaniment to almost all indian starters. . . It can also be used for making sandwiches.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes 0.5 cup

Ingredients

11/2 cup roughly chopped coriander (dhania)
4 green chillies , roughly chopped
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp grated coconut
salt to taste

Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend into a smooth paste, using a little water.
2. Store refrigerated till use.
