@subzero92MK no, because all ferrari's are produced in Italy.
what i mean is, if you buy a Japanese brand car, made in Japan and for use on the Japanese market. (EX: Nissan GTR, and all "cool" Japanese Cars produced in the 90's-00's, like RX7, Skyline, Supra,NSX, and etc. YES they all have a Speed Limiter at 180 kmh....

@subzero92MK from Factory, yes all cars produced for the Japanese market are all limited.... ( well those that can go to that speed).
because, i know it has 210hp when its on gas mode, and 110hp on hydrogen mode.... but im pretty sure given the distance to do it, it can go past 170-180 kmh. BMW Hydrogen7 can go 240 kmh.

Even the Nissan GTR sold in Japan is limited to 180 kmh.
