There's been that debate going on for a while though... About where kettlebells really originated. Scotland has long claimed them... And many there train with them. And I learned about how to use kettlebells about 30+ years ago from one of the people that trained me in Olympic Style lifting... And a few more that used to read a lot of the training manuals that came out of Russia long ago. But either way... From where ever... The Russians use them and understand them well.

I read somewhere that kettlebells originated in from curling stones in Scotland.

I bought some KB's from a company called "kettlebellsUSA" great quality and fantastic finish, they were also much better priced than Ader and Dragon Door!

Kettelbells is some of the best conditioning training Ive ever done. Its awesome and you can get a brutal workout really quick. (5 minutes or less if youre going really hard.)

most of the time its close to double the weight in pounds... could be cheaper now though.
