Albino Tiger Oscar and Jack Dempsey

Video showing the growth progress of "Oscar" & "Dempsey". They are a little over three months old. They eat eat eat and obviously are growing quiet fast. Oscar was developing HITH but he has been treated and is getting better each and everyday. Oscar gets along with the pleco, but chases Dempsey from time to time, but at the end of the day they all beside one another just like a family. I have also added a new heater and turned my background to the other side b/c it looks very natural to them. As they are getting bigger they need a bigger tank, so i am saving enough money to buy them a much bigger tank. Most oscars aren't very active but mine is always active especially when he sees me. Witch one should I get a jd or an Oscar I can only get one and I want it to be active and not shy and I want it to look cool and I want to feed it live stuff

@BruteCupcake I'll go with the oscar because they pretty cool fish that will always keep you entertained. Both will be shy especially the oscar for couple of days/weeks until they get used to their new tank. Also it comes down to your tank size, if you have a 55 gallon tank or bigger, go with the oscar but if its smaller than 55 go with the jd, but if you go with the jd please go no put it in anything less then a 45 gallon tank.

i bought 2 reg tiger oscar they were small when i got them they were house with my 1 firemouth and my 2 jack dempseys all the same size but the firemouth beat the hell out of my 2 reg tiger oscar and they died what is compatibla with fire mouth should i get another firemouth please reply asap

@flemmingj1965 How big is your tank? seems like your fish are fighting for territory and in that case i wouldn't recommend adding another fish unless you want them to keep fighting and dieing.

@RussianSpetsnaz0123 it depends on the size of the tank. If you have at least a 125gallon tank then yes, otherwise no.
