@trevjay Sorry for the late reply. I prefer K.A handwound pickups. To my ears K.A has more clarity and everthing that i need except the look. Sounds more live. P46 is good but lack of clarity and hi freq that i want. hope this will be helpful.

thanks. as far as i know, Kent armstrong only made passive pickups...
handmade kent armstrong are really great and could make your bass singing.good luck.

Really nice! Im looking at buying a new bass and I've seen one with a pair of Kent Armstrong active pickups. What do you think about them?
