The japanese soldiers, sailors, and airmen were totally indoctrinated with the Bushido concept, it made them accept losses that a european army wouldnt, which in the end meant that they would always lose, trained manpower is far more valuable than machines or technology.The japanese were really stupid, they bought tanks from the British, welded up the escape hatch so that the crews coudnt get out, a trained tank crew lost for an ideology.
