After being a bit let down by the frozen Miracle Fruit we mail-ordered from Florida, we stumbled across fresh (picked the day before) Miracle Fruit at the South Kona Green Market while on vacation on the Big Island of Hawaii. Of course, we had to conduct another taste test experiment.
We began by trying the effects on a variety of fresh local produce, including lemon, Tahitian lime, key lime, lulo, lilikoi (passionfruit), and cucumbers soaked in a vinegar and bilimbi mixture.
Also sampled, but not included in the video: calamonsie , rangpur, and starfruit. (The change in the first two was similar to that of other citrus, and, unlike the grocery store starfruit at home, the Hawaiian starfruit wasn't dramatically effected, since it was already really good.)
How much do the berries sell for?

@tehkaewt They were 5 for $1 at the Keauhou Farmers' Market and 3 for $1 at the South Kona Green Market.
