pick your hands up and pull your stomach out. this will tuck your tail bone in and help you not over-arch your back, also if you put your hands farther up the neck and your elbows tucked in it will give your ride a cleaner look. great job other than that! your leg looks nice, love your horse. hope this helps!(oh and maybe a more lively trot) hahaha good luck!
I know a lot of judges will want to see a more active trot from your horse, eq judges want to see more than just a pretty perched rider they want to see someone who makes there horse go around at its full potential, also try to keep your heel and lower leg from bouncing up and down in the sitting trot, also you should keep the same angle of your upper body in the sitting trot as you do in the rising, hope this helps you are a very pretty rider with a nice horse
Looks like you're leaning a bit forward, mostly in the first part of the video. Try sitting up straighter with your shoulders and that should help. :) By the way, lovely horse. Absolutely love his coloring. (:

your hands are a bit low. pick them up alittle bit and push him forward so the trot looks full
