You can jump through the grey square block near the first door in Ludwig's castle. Going to the right leads you to a pipe that goes to a 1-up room.

I have gone up too high on the secret exit in cheese bridge. Then I died when the stage clear sequence started.

When the ceiling comes down in that one part in Ludwig's castle, the screen actually shifts down a bit. Like the power of that ceiling is just so tremendous, it causes the earth to shift down. o_o

I can't say I remember ever playing Soda Lake. I always wondered why that level was red!
