We started training Roxy at 13 weeks old, and now she's getting pretty good at some of her tricks. She's a bit too enthusiastic, but listens pretty well for a pup. Start 'em young!

  • Goodbye Roxy. On April 20th, 2011 we were forced to let our beloved girl go. Showing signs of illness on April 1st she was diagnosed with end stage liver failure. After a short battle we were forced to let her go rather than continue her discomfort. It was the hardest decision we have ever made. She would have been two years old on April 25th. We will love you forever, Roxy. Mommy and Daddy. "Such a good girl, Luva Roxy!"

  • very good job training her ,, shes amazing and gorgeous, but how the hell did u teach her to do the ''BANG;; trick av been tryin to teach my dog that like for ever ,, and i just cnt do it .. any tips please =) xx

  • Hi MissAshlee91 ... Thanks. It took a lot of repetition, and trying to communicate as clearly as possible what I wanted here to do, and LOTS of praise/reward when she would do it. I'm planning on doing an updated video soon (she's almost 2 now, so lots more tricks) and I intend to include more detail on how I trained her. Stay tuned!

  • Great job! Which was the hardest trick to train? Stay when food is present?

  • Thanks. They all came fairly quickly, but I would have to say you are right. Stay, in general, was hardest, especially with food.

  • I'm deeply sorry for your loss. I had an amazing pitbull that had taught himself how to open doors, sadly one night he got caught in a hit and run at 9months one of the most shocking and tragic moments in my life.

  • She has a really big overbite

  • Roxy had the most expressive face. Thank you for sharing this charming footage. I'm so very sorry to hear of her passing. Thank you for sharing her with us online. She was special.

  • I'm so sorry for your loss. I just brought one and I'm looking forward to training her. You can see the love you guys gave her. It scares me that they have health issues but I don't regret getting Bella at all. She's my friend.

  • I am so sorry for your loss. She was such a gem. i have lost two dogs who were like my own children and i know what it feels like. I'm sure Roxy a big hit with everyone in heaven too :-)

  • I´m sorry for your loss, cumps from Portugal!!

  • @DavDRox So So SSSSOOOOO sorry for your loss. I can really tell that you loved her. I'm getting one this weekend and I can only hope she'll be as beautiful as Roxy was. I'm worried about something happening with her health, due to all of the issues that they are prone to having, but I'm willing to risk it. Once again, i'm sorry for your loss and you had an amazing bully!

  • @DavDRox How do you teach her to wait while there's food in front of her?
