  • This is so appropriate for right now.

  • Probably the best version I've heard so far. The version they did on A Colbert Christmas was pretty good.

  • I like this performance...Elvis is all sweaty and unshaven and earthy with his acoustic guitar.... but his message is clear!

  • Found In A Song

The words I hear on my piano

speak to me soft and strong

they talk about peace and laughter

They talk about dreams come and gone

and about love found in a song

    M.S. Morrison

  • cool song!!!

  • cool song!!

  • I loved his first albam when it was out. Then I saw him in a small hall decades ago. I'm not crazy about him but I never stopped liking him and his music for all these years. This is the special song for me among his good songs. And this version brought me tears. .

  • in my opinion, a perfect circle's version is the best of all ...

  • this man is a GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I thoroughly agree with you.

Good of you to point it out.

There is one song though on Emotive which i enjoyed more than the original.

Zeppelin's When the Levee Breaks was done justice , i believe

  • Great !!!!!

  • I think APC might agree with you. I bought Emotive almost immediately after it was released, and had the impression that it was a somewhat rushed album--not because APC was after a fast buck, but because they wanted to make a stand against the Iraq war during the short window when the war drums were beating hardest--when it would mean the most. I respect them greatly for releasing the album when they did--when being anti-war took balls--even if the covers are mostly inferior to the originals.
