Fantastic is all I have to say. The HUD stays centered, the 2D elements do NOT stretch, and the game play is not changed from being made 48:10. All of my issues with Melee go away in Brawl, however, FRAPS recording still drops my framerate to about 30fps (if you look in the corner you can see the FPS counter which I leave on for all of my games).

I apologize about the slowdown, but I can't do too terribly much to fix it.

SPECS:
i7 2600k @ 3.4ghz, turbo @ 3.8ghz
16gb DDR3-1600
ATI 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition, 2GB

  • Oh BTW, did you force Fraps into 60FPS? If you record at 30 FPS Fraps forces the game in 30 FPS, so maybe it's just that you need to adjust the framerate!

  • @Nintendo64Movies That's exactly what it is, actually. FRAPS did 30fps by default instead of 60.

  • @LeonHikari Hope you can upload one in normal framerate now. :D

  • @Nintendo64Movies Not gonna bother. I have a few videos that I still need to upload, but right now I'm in 3x1 portrait and there's no point in making videos in this format... well, I guess I could run at 1920x400 and catch the video from that.

  • Well, the slowdowns can't be your system... I wish I had it!
