Title says it all. I wanted to give Billy the sendoff he should've gotten on the show. I could've done better but I'm pretty happy with what I've done.
Those looking to laugh, wait until the end, trust me, it gets me every time. Otherwise, this video is a lot more emotional than funny, especially if you're a Billy fan, like I am. Enjoy!

tely original while a bit cocky in public, but pretty down to earth and thoughtful in private--a nice fella, at times "bitchy"--had a lot of girl friends, (not girlfriends, but friends who were girls), a bit of a prep, and slightly feminine, but not to the point where he repelled other guys--good sense of humor and fairly intelligent--likable enough, and we were in a lot of classes together and he always seemed to respect me as I did him
