Chasing A Volvo 9400!!

November 22, 2009, 1042hrs.
An 'action-packed' chase sequence starring a new KSTDC Volvo B7R/9400 KA01D2775 and our Suzuki Alto Vx. :D The chase started on the Bangalore - Mysore SH17 near Mandya and continued till Srirangapatna :D This video shows only a part of that chase. Have added in three photos of the bus at the beginning.
Photo #1 - B7R departing from a hotel near Maddur. It later overtook us when we stopped at a bakery.
Photo #2 - Taken after the video. We raced ahead and stopped after making sure there was a significant distance between us and the bus and then took this pic.
Photo #3 - Taken at a traffic signal near Mandya, before the video was recorded.

The video was taken after leaving Mandya and boy, does this bus go fast! Most of the time the bus was doing 75+ kph with utmost ease!! The driver was a bit indisciplined though. There were no indications when changing lanes and he ruthlessly overtook everything from a bike to a car to a truck! We finally managed to overtake it after much chasing and honking! Sorry for the abrupt end!

ur car is fkd up in overtaking a volvo. and yes those idiots are only found in karnataka , parking on highway. Here people think they are immortal and they are not at all afraid of incoming traffic. they always use high beams.mtrfckrs. god give some sense to these fckrs.

@pusani Yeah? I want to see you drive on the Mysore road without honking. My video has more honks only because of the fact that we were recording the video. We don't honk madly during normal driving on the highway.

A nice chase Dheeraj...though it was a bit uncalled for i thought. But anyway, the KSTDC b****d of a driver indulged in a show of arrogance and disregard for the other vehicles on the high-way ....
