Review: Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara

Yes I know the lighting is a bit yellow. That was because the sun was up (and out) and I had my blinds open.

This video was recorded some time prior to the day it was uploaded and so I may not remember what eye makeup or lip product I am wearing.

There is something to be said about the waterproof one not being the same as the non-waterproof..and this would logically make sense too..because this one is so adored..but I have tried the waterprrof one and is terrible (makes lashes droop) and most people who sing the praises of this speak about the non-waterproof one anyway, and either have not tried the waterprrof and if they have, they tell me it pales in comparison or they think it was just as terrible..

@goodlooka33 I have had people ask me to compare a non-waterproof mascara with it's waterproof version and the reason I don't is because, and this is just for me, the only differences between the two only seem to be that it's waterproof and, depending on the specific mascara, holds a curl a bit better. I've used the waterproof version of Sexy Curves & I like it for the reasons I've already mentioned but this video was recorded before the waterproof was available.

are your lashes natural straight? because mine are dead straight and theyre very hard to curl. so would this mascara work on my lash?

@blueheartz6914 No, they do have a slight natural curl. I think if your lashes are stick straight, you'll still need to curl them.

I've got the waterproof mascara and i actually don't mind it. It lengthens my lashes... not curl them but i'm not too fussy about it cause i can always curl my lashes. I'm a student, and i'm not allow to wear any make up what so ever. (they check if you face to face if you have make up on) Anyways i've been using this mascara for school and they don't even notice i have mascara on (fail). I feel that this mascara just coats the lashes fully. I like it.
