Hello Eddie/balloon city usa. I would like to create this for a church function here in SC from I can see the arch itself is 5 or 6 inches and I thought I read someone post about link balloons , those aren't linked are they look like clusters to me. It also looks like to arches attached. Can you please help me with details I would greatly appreciate it. Its a wonderful idea. Thank you for your help.
