@dragonfreak555555 Yes they are real words. They are latin. Yes we all know the definition of, "phonetic." And yes, your phonics is incorrect. The first part of the song's lyrics are sung, "CUR-su-UM PER-fi-ci-O;" hence the name of the song, "Cursum Perficio."
