Stupid people really should do their absolute best to avoid the police, altogether, because they don't know how to handle them.

Yeah, the average Joe doesnt understand the ATM (ask, tell, make) concept of law enforcement, or dont want to accept consequences of actions. As far as the "Wyatt Earp" shootout, well those suspects are threats until disarmed and cuffed, even if you think they are dead.

Question: What do you call an Alabama hick who just called a Texas hick a "lady"?
Answer: The most wanted son of a bitch in the entire galaxy.

i agree...once he attempted to disarm the trooper.....his intentions become clear and the last thing you want to do is wrestle with someone who clearly wants to kill you....so deadly force is a must.

what do we learn from this? Stay out of all southern states, they's all cawazy!

"it's against the law for you to not do what i told you to do". hey officer. I don't need your help. And If I'm in trouble, I'd rather face it myself then have your self-righteousness decide what i should and shouldn't do. just know that a cop fucking with a citizen, innocent or guilty, is like a person petting a lion. you will be looking for trouble

i never saw a lady

@ryansilversimpson I agree, but it doesn't matter, if an officer saved the entire world from destruction there'd still be those that hate on him. Some people just love to hate authority...

@mygodhelpthem Actually he survived, moreover, he wasn't even injured, even though his coat was penetrated several times. Lucky bastard. He has gone to the iron hotel for a long time though.
Based on the comments, I don't think many people understand what they are seeing in this video. The conversation that is heard in the audio is the trooper at the passenger door of the vehicle speaking with the passenger inside the car. The passenger jumps out, puts a gun to his neck (look closely), and starts yelling "don't move" at the female trooper who is watching the male subject at the rear of the vehicle. The rest is pretty clear. So, shot in the back? Yes. Justified? Absolutely.

@ryansilversimpson This is an example of GOOD cop work! They kept their cool, gave the bad guys more patience then they deserved and just the right amount of lethal force!
