Failed this attempt due to fatigue (last set of 10 sets with this same weight).

Power cleans are of an explosive nature. You need maximum concentration. Big breath, pull up and explode those hips forward while extending with the weight. Then emphasize dropping under FAST.

  • @TheTenaciousTurtle 178-185 depending on how much I have eaten and left in the toilet in the morning. I always train fasted so 180lbs is normally my weight during training.
