this is the video people been asking for the longest this will show you exactly how to master the basic bonebreak when you get it do alot of strectching everyday so your body can get immune to it and you get used to it take your time with your arms you dont want to pop arm out the socket and have to go to the doctor so take your time and enjoy the vid

  • lmao i did this and my shit popped, started to click and crack with a pain. now my right shoulder cracks alot and the collar bone is a tab higher then the left but my left shoulder is flexible :) dont use a stick use a rag or belt and stretch like this, do One shoulder at a time, :) it helped me alot! hopefully ill make a tutorial!

  • This is the best bonebreaking tutorial on YouTube!!!! I've been practicing with other methods for months and I can bonebreak but other tutorials only show you how to loosen your muscles and not your BONES!!! This shit is dope ive only been doing it for a couple days and i can already feel a big difference. THANKS BRO!!!!!

  • @chinafbleezy never said you did it wrong and i clearly see the views lmao i even liked your vid lmao but my bones are also loose. i did your stretches for two weeks then something in my shoulder popped. sides of my wrist was almost touching each other on the stick too, idk if its supposed to do that but sh.t was Painful. so i used something soft like a rag where my wrist can actually bend the right way for the bonebreakin!
