Track used for sad and dramatic scenes in Disgaea: Hour of Darkness.

This is one of my favorite pieces of music from the original Disgaea game.

  • this piece of music is awesome! makes me cry every time

  • @AkumaUchitoru Soul Cradle is the original japanese name. I just prefer it because it's shorter than "Soul Nomad & The World Eaters." Same game, no worries :)

  • @glovestrong48

Wait, Soul Cradle or Soul Nomad?

  • @AkumaUchitoru Soul Cradle is fantastic, and has a LOT of dramatic moments.

Think of it this way, if Phantom Brave is sad and Emotional, then Soul Nomad is Dark and Sinister :P

But if you enjoyed Phantom Brave and its storytelling, you'll definitely like Soul Cradle

  • disgaea 1 forever

  • Laharl: "... I've had enough of this... It's not killing him would bring her back..."

  • I don't like most of this series because of the ridiculous humor, but I love it's dramatic moments, especially the first. I don't know about 2, but 3 is boring. :(

My favorite NIS game so far is Phantom Brave though. Soul Nomad looks pretty good too from what I've seen.

Makes me think of the ending more than the Red Moon part.

  • Just bought Disgaea 3 will sit down with it later. Thought disgaea one had a better story but 2 was a better system for people like me who just like endless custimzation options and what not, my harem of catgirls with the beast tamer keepers being the nerdest team I built

  • @TestaXDizzy I completely agree with you. The first Disgaea really made you feel, unlike the other two. I almost shed tears during some of the game.

  • Disgaea: Hour of Darkness had a much different feel from all other Disgaea. I'm really disappointed in the rest of the series, to be 100% honest. I'm not saying I don't like the rest - it's my favorite game series ever - but I think they could've done more in Disgaea 2 and 3...
