  • @MrMilescua , I was a Navy Corpsman right after WWII, up til 1977. Some of the Nurse POW's wrote articles of the treatment they received, but it was kept pretty well under wraps for the time. They didn't want it published for all to read to protect the ladies. Some of the stories were very graphic.

  • i am just wondering if these nurse pOw were rape by their japs captors... as history tells us, japanese soldiers forced women of their occupied territory to served them as comforter
