Message in a bottle found on the beach

We found this message of several papers and a prayer sheet inside the bottle on our adventures at the beach... It reads:
John, I dont know what I did wrong yesterday when I called you to tell you I was having a problem. What I guess hurt me the most was you didn't even try to check in with me to see if I was okay or anything. I finally gte towed home to find you passed out, I guess food is all over the walls. Why? What's gotten into you? When I saw this place I thought it was an answer to our prayers, away from that crap apt and crap people. Since then it has gone from worse to worser. I so many hopes and dreams for us in our own little house start up to have or build the family or life I thought was what we always wanted. I held on thru many trials and struggles, stumbling blocks, etc. Some caused by me, others by you, but I never thought it mattered what mattered to me was that reguardless, I knew deep down that I loved you and believed that if given the chance, one day we could actually make it together. Well, oh well.. I lost the fight anyway, didn't I. You used to at least care even if you couldn't do anything. I feel like I lost you already. What's up? Every time I turn something else is broken.. not just my heart. Love Stacy (the message was not dated and did not say where it traveled from) Anyhow... we've never found a message in a bottle and to take our daughter for the first time walking on the beach it was really neat to find one. Hopefully next time if we find another one, it will be on a more cheerful note :)

How was the bottle prepared? I have plans to do this as a grieving process for my son and I but I'm afraid to use glass

@lelechelle Sorry to hear about your son. It was a glass bear bottle and was actually pretty hard to break. I'm sure having writing your feelings down and casting it towards the ocean will help heal you. I wish you good thoughts and take care of yourself.

proberly the same resons people write in journals or diary's about thier feelings. I guess she felt she had no one she wanted to talk to about this. Hope whoever she is, she is doing better.

Once i put a message in a bottle and the note says

I shouldn't laugh but when one things of a message in a bottle something like "Day twelve and still no sign of rescue" comes to mind. Not "John, I don't know what I did wrong"!!!

That's quite sad yet funny at the same time.
