Hey Pori! (goddamn Luv that name!) I actually HAVE a dog named Octavia. She's a German Shepherd, all dark chocolate brown and with dusty pints (the points of the ears, nose, paws, ... Yu know)

by the way, in silent ponyville, octavia's sensed to be one of pinkie pie's sisters. in season 1 episode 23- the cutie mark chronicles, we can see a young pony looking like her in the rock farm when pinkie's got her cutie mark.

Actually, to support the fact that Octavia's instrament is a cello: Her cutie mark is a trebble (g) cleff. Double basses use the F-Cleff. To add to this, basses have no good music parts T-T
