I make this with vanilla protein powder, 1/3 cup of milk, a bit of cocoa, a teaspoon or so of instant coffee and ice cubes. It tastes like something you'd get at a cafe..

I wonder if you can use silken tofu instead of yogurt. It has no taste of it's own and it would add a good bit of protien.
