I'm a c7 quad just over 2 yrs post injury and I go swimming at my local pool I must say you're very adept at this! I struggle a lot getting out of the pool and have no form when I swim. Your freestyle is incredible!

Im a C7complete quadripegic and until i watched this i had absolutely no IDEA how to transfer myself from the pool to my chair.
