Yulp, this is the guy that knocked on my door the other morning. Supposedly, I am expected to "donate" for him picking up cigarette butts I don't throw and taking out the trash bin (all of three feet.) Well, we shall see. He seemed pretty happy about the paper he had received from someone else, and since I don't have any crack, maybe I will try the same move. Lord knows that any cigarette butt with a bit of smoke left is going to be puffed. Gotta love living on the sticky side of Charleston.
