Intelligence is not hereditary - there are are plenty of intelligent couples who have dumb kids and also plenty of stupid people who have smart kids. Intelligent people not breeding doesn't necessarily spell the end of intelligent society.

Also, how can you expect successful, intelligent career women to have children when there is not enough childcare support? They need to keep making breaks in their careers (even give them up) just to raise kids and rarely is paternal leave available.
