El Instituto Nacional de Derechos Humanos (INDH) en su mandato de cautelar y promover la plena vigencia de los derechos humanos en Chile, realizó este video -en lengua de señas- a través del cual busca informar y promover el derecho a la Participación de las Personas con Discapacidad en la Gestión Pública.
