There have been two great incarnations of the ABB - Duane and Dickey (67-71); and Dickey and Warren(early 90's). Love Derek Trucks, but ABB has always been about the soulfulness of Mr. Dickey Betts for me. The great ABB guitar anthems - mostly composed by Dickey. No disrespect to Gregg, Jaimoe and Butch.
