Riley's (Zarino) and my second hunter derby.
We ended up 10th out of 54, and I think the judge looked away for all our not-so-stellar moments for that to have happened - either that or he appreciated a little horse having a truly delightful time running around in the Grand Prix field! As you can probably tell, Riley thoroughly enjoyed himself... and then thoroughly enjoyed himself even more during his victory gallop later in the evening.
Obviously still plenty left to work on, but it was very neat to experience and we had such a good time!
@legupequine Oh, cool! You must have imported him, then? He is just the neatest horse - I don't think I could adore him more than I already do. He's so good at putting up with my amateur self and such a star. Not that I'm biased or anything ;)
