@Peacemaker2 I think the 22 out of 30 unprofitable statement has been well repudiated by respected writers like David Aldridge and Zach Lowe. I do think the revenue sharing needs to be improved, and the owners have agreed to expanded revenue sharing. There are a fair share of owners who want to end the lockout, but then there are those, like Dan GIlbert, who have hard-lined positions and don't want to compromise at all.

@sunyshyne, but 22 out of 30 clubs are unprofitable. You can't expect them to continue making losses. Lakers signed a $175 million television-contract. Will they share that? > NO. Rich getting richer, poor getting poorer.

Stars and fans make the league. While I don't think players should be absolved of all the blame, a majority of it goes to the owners. I really feel bad for all the people who depend on games: the ticket concession workers, food and drink concession workers, security, local bars/restaurants/hotels. So many more I could list off but I'd run out of room. PLEASE END THIS LOCKOUT SOON!!!!
