Every rabbit i shoot goes to the local butchers. Owned by my dad haha! Alot of people have the misconception that its fun to kill animals.. thats not where the fun lies, for me anyway. Its stalking them and all that goes with hunting, the kill is only part of it.

not bein funny but why is every one buying pcps now whats wrong with the good old springers dont get me wrong i apreciate all air guns but my weirauch hw77 .22 sporter hasnt gone wrong yet -thrers no waiting for it to charge up and no loss of air and it a lot easier to clean and give it maintenence

I said below, I have a .177 BSA iron sight springer. I think it's great and I often use it instead of this. It must be getting on for 50+ years old now, I love the recoil. The pcp is great for speed shooting and accuracy over increased distances.
As for maintenance... it's really not that difficult to strip it down, cleanup, re-lubricate etc. The foot pump tops the air up in 2-3 minutes. At the end of the day it's just down to the amount of time and effort you're willing to put in for amusement.

I practise with an old BSA iron sight springer. I use this for shooting targets at a local club and taking part in competitions where I find them -- that and scaring the crows out of the cherry tree.
