Question? On these and other clubbell exercises how should we perform them? In 1 giant set with unlimited reps ( 20 -100?) or maybe a few different exercises but with a few sets and moderate reps ( 6-15) and no rest? Also , should we use moderate weight or heavy weight? My main goal/goals are muscular endurance/strength ( Emergency rescue/tri -athelon, etc.). Any info would be appreciated.
