The new chicks get their first feed

Well, the eggs have finally hatched. Here, the male (known as sammy) brings a juicy caterpillar in for the newborns. However, the caterpillar s a little too big for the tiny chicks. So the female (known as samantha) chews up the caterpillar, before giving it to the little chicks. I know it's not much, but it's my first video that have made fully on my own (my dad usually does most of it). Anyways, enjoy!

Thanks for your concern. The male abandoned the nest, leaving the female on her own. She worked herself to exaustion, and she was caught by a cat.

We rescued them and they are in the ark animal rescue centre at the mo.
