You can download IGI free from here !! at these links !!
Note: When you dowload there are 3 parts.. when you download all three parts, extract the first part into a folder... automatically the other 2 will be extracted as well... then install the game (a black screen will appear, which will install the game)... when you have installed in the same folder a new folder will appear, its name will be "pc"... open it and the game will be there.
