Its written from the perspective of a crew member called Levi who saved Brian from being run over after he'd been drinking, but really I think its just Brian coming to terms with the fact drink and drugs were killing him.

Its by far and away my favourite Placebo song and I don't know why its not more well known, its just beautiful.
