A list of some of the greatest swashbuckling scores, with a few surprises on the way. Even if you don't like some of the cues, they aren't as overplayed as others. I wanted to put Howard Shore's LotR, but copyright issues plague the matter.

Out of curiosity, what copyright issues do you face with LotR that you don't face with all the others?

@balrogthane Well, I'm not so sure if it's still like this, but the LotR soundtracks are owned by Warner Music, and they (or at least used to) automatically silence any video that has even a small piece of music that is owned by them. I posted some videos with LotR music and Troy, and inevitably got muted. They might not do this anymore, but I wouldn't want to risk it.
