Yes it does, edit the file what it just said, go down to the characters section in it and edit. It's fucking simple.

you put a folder of the charecter in the charecter area and make sure the charecters folder has the name of the charecters def file then type the def file name into the charecters rooster in data/select.

this MUGEN is awsome but you need a decent 2.0ghz pc to run this at a good enough loading speed! otherwise you will spend more time waiting for things to load and very little timeplaying!

I was running it on a P4 2.4ghz with 2gb RAM. I dont have any machine slower so not sure :) I think video card is probably more important.
