In 1989 Toaplan converted to the Megadrive their shooting game, and added a anime cutscene intro. It was later released in the west, however, the staff member that translanted the intro wasnt very versed in the english languange... and so, many years later was born one of the biggest Internet memes ever: All Your Base Are Belong To Us! There are still some people out there who don't know that its from a Megadrive game!
