A set of Tai Chi - like movements that are inspired by the Kabbalistic method of shaking the four species during the festival of Succot (Tabernacles). Each direction is another sefira on the Tree of Life. Each Sefira has a particular energy associated with it as well as a part of the physical body, a Biblical archetypal character, a color frequency, a specific name of God, and a different cosmic intention. The movements are a powerful meditation on integrating the God-self with the self and can be used before prayer or as a separate spiritual practice.
