Fifty miles per hour winds hit the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes in Michigan, blasting visitors with sand from head to toe. The national park stayed open during the sandstorm, but workers stood by ready to respond to downed trees. (Sept. 8)

  • Early preparation for the Muslim take over of Michigan. Sand every where reminds them of the old sand mountains of home. Pyramids anybody? I think I see my mummy. Now where did that damn camel wonder off to this time. Ah, the beginnings of the Great Michigan Desert and we were there to see it. Mother Nature is showing off in 2010. Do we get it yet? Or does Mother Nature have to rachet it up another notch or two? Is anyone listening. Al Gore come back & tell us what we need to do.Now we'll listen
